- Within 48 hours we will send our professional team to take photos, a FREE home marketing video, classic & 3D floorplans, 3D Walkthroughs and description of the property, under option 1and erect a FOR SALE Board outside your property (optional)
- Within another 24 hours we will market your property, through our property portals to over 50 million potential buyers a month and send out e-mails to our registered buyers
- We will then organise potential buyers to come and view the property at your convenience.
- Once we have a found a potential buyer we will liase with you and your solicitor to allow the exchange of contracts to pass smoothly
- On completion of contracts the 0.75% or 1% will become due and payable to Low Estate Agent Fees.
